绿色聚合物材料研发与测试评估联合实验室简介
绿色聚合物材料研发与测试评估联合实验室是杭州市北京航空航天大学国际创新研究院(北京航空航天大学国际创新学院)碳中和国际研究中心与昊华宇航化工有限责任公司携手共建的校企联合研究平台。实验室以高性能聚合物材料研发、测试评估与产业化推广为核心,依托企业产业资源与高校科研优势,构建“研发-测试-转化-应用”的全链条协同体系,助力化工行业转型升级与航空航天等高端领域材料自主可控。
一、背景与意义
在高性能聚合物材料成为高端制造核心支撑的背景下,实验室立足行业发展需求,聚焦聚合物材料的技术瓶颈。通过校企深度合作,整合昊华宇航在氯碱化工与聚合物生产的产业基础,以及北航碳中和国际研究中心在前沿科研、高端人才与平台资源的优势,破解材料绿色合成、极端环境适配、产业化转化等“卡脖子”问题,为我国高性能工程塑料产业高质量发展提供技术支撑与人才保障。
二、目标与任务
科技创新:聚焦聚苯硫醚(PPS)等聚合物材料的绿色合成、结构改性、寿命评估等方向,实现核心技术突破与工艺升级。
成果转化:推动科研成果的产业化转化,打造一批具有自主知识产权的高性能聚合物材料产品,以满足市场需求并推动行业发展。
人才培养:依托高校和企业的优质资源,培养具备材料科学、能源工程、测量学等多学科交叉背景的高端人才,为高性能聚合物材料产业发展提供有力的智力支持。
三、建设内容
协同研发体系:围绕PPS等材料的绿色合成、循环利用、结构改性等方向开展联合攻关,探索低能耗、高可靠性的核心技术。
测试评估平台:共建涵盖原位电镜、X射线衍射等先进技术的综合表征平台,构建宏观-微观多尺度全链条性能分析体系。
产业化推进:建立中试验证机制,联合开展工艺优化与应用适配研究,推动成果从实验室走向工程端与市场端。
人才联合培养:通过联合办公、项目协作、实验室开发等方式,培养兼具科研能力与产业视野的复合型人才。
四、实验设施
为支撑“研发-测试-转化-应用”全链条技术攻关,实验室构建了材料性能多尺度表征设备集群与缺陷高精度检测设备集群,覆盖从微观结构分析到宏观力学测试的全维度技术需求,为材料研发、性能验证与工程化应用提供全面设施保障。

五、展望
实验室将持续深化校企合作,聚焦航空航天、军工等高端领域需求,完善材料研发与测试标准化体系。进一步扩大科研团队规模,推动更多核心技术实现产业化落地,打造成为具有国际影响力的高性能聚合物材料领域的“技术策源地、人才培养皿、产业助推器”,为我国高端制造业自主可控提供核心材料支撑。
Joint Lab for R&D and Testing of Green Polymeric Materials
The Joint Laboratory of Green Polymer Materials R&D and Test Evaluation is an industry-academia innovation platform co-founded by the International Research Center for Carbon Neutralization (IRCCN), Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University and Haohua Yuhang Chemical Co., Ltd. Focusing on R&D, test evaluation and commercialization of high-performance polymer materials, the joint laboratory relies on the industrial resources of the enterprise and the scientific research advantages of the university to build a full-chain collaborative system of “R&D - Testing - Transformation - Application”, supporting the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry and the independent controllability of materials in high-end fields such as aerospace.
I. Background and Significance
Against the backdrop of high-performance polymer materials becoming the core support for high-end manufacturing, the laboratory is based on industry development needs and focuses on the technical bottlenecks of polymer materials. Through in-depth university-enterprise cooperation, it integrates Haohua Yuhang's industrial foundation in chlor-alkali chemical industry and polymer production, and the advantages of the IRCCN of Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University in cutting-edge scientific research, high-end talents and platform resources, to solve the "bottleneck" problems such as green synthesis of materials, adaptation to extreme environments, and industrial transformation, and provide technical support and talent training for the high-quality development of China's high-performance engineering plastics industry.
II. Goals and Tasks
Scientific and Technological Innovation: Focus on green synthesis, structural modification, and life assessment of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and other polymer materials to achieve core technological breakthroughs and process upgrading.
Knowledge Transfer: Promote the commercialization of scientific research achievements and create a number of high-performance polymer material products with independent intellectual property rights to meet market demands and promote industry development.
Talent Training: Relying on the high-quality resources of universities and enterprises, cultivate high-end talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds in materials science, engineering, etc., to provide strong intellectual support for the development of the high-performance polymer materials industry.
III. Construction Content
Collaborative R&D System: Carry out joint research around green synthesis, recycling, and structural modification of PPS and other materials, and explore core technologies with low energy consumption and high reliability.
Test and Evaluation Platform: Co-build a comprehensive characterization platform covering advanced technologies such as in-situ electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction and construct a full-chain performance analysis system with macro-micro multi-scales.
Industrialization Promotion: Establish a pilot-scale verification mechanism, jointly carry out process optimization and application adaptation research, and promote the transformation of achievements from the laboratory to the engineering and market ends.
Joint Talent Training: Cultivate compound talents with both scientific research capabilities and industrial vision through co-location office. project collaboration and laboratory open access.
IV. Experimental Facilities
To support the full-chain technological research of “R&D - Testing - Transformation - Application”, the laboratory has built a multi-scale material performance characterization equipment cluster and a high-precision defect detection equipment cluster, covering the full-dimensional technical needs from microstructural analysis to macro-mechanical testing, and providing comprehensive facility guarantees for material R&D, performance verification and engineering application.

V. Outlook
The laboratory will continue to deepen university-enterprise cooperation, focus on the needs of high-end fields such as aerospace and military industry, and improve the standardized system for material R&D and testing. It will further expand the scale of the research team and promote the industrialization of more core technologies, striving to become a world leading "technological source, talent training base, and industrial booster" in the field of high-performance polymer materials, and providing core material support for the independent controllability of China's high-end manufacturing industry.
